Solat Dhuha.. ~cara mendirikannya~

'Solat Sunat Dhuha Pembuka Rezeki'. 

Cik Ken nak kongsi berkaitan Solat Sunat Dhuha. Mungkin diantara kita ramai yang sudah arif tentang kelebihan dan masa waktu Dhuha. Tapi Cik Ken nak ringkaskan sedikit sebagai panduan bagi mereka yang baru berjinak-jinak dengan Solat Sunat Dhuha ni.

Biasakan kita dengar Dhuha ni pembuka rezeki, kebanyakan ahli motivasi selalu tekankan ibadah-ibadah sunat untuk berjaya antaranya ialah Solat Sunat Dhuha. Apa yang istimewanya?

Kelebihan waktu Dhuha.

Kelebihan sembahyang Dhuha itu sepertimana di dalam kitab “An-Nurain” sabda Rasullullah SAW yang maksudnya : “Dua rakaat Dhuha menarik rezeki dan menolak kepapaan."

Dalam satu riwayat yang lain Rasulullah SAW bersabda yang maksudnya : “Barangsiapa yang menjaga sembahyang Dhuhanya nescaya diampuni Allah baginya akan segala dosanya walaupun seperti buih di lautan.”(Riwayat Ibnu Majah dan At-Tirmidzi)

Bila waktu Dhuha?

Cik Ken ingat lagi ustazah Cik Ken masa sekolah rendah ada bagitahu yang Solat Sunat Dhuha ni bermula selepas matahari terbit ketika itu bayang-bayang adalah sepanjang galah sehingga matahari tegak diatas kepala atau sebelum matahari gelincir disebelah barat.

Mengikut kiraan ahli falak waktu Dhuha boleh dikira dengan kiraan dibawah ;

WAKTU DHUHA = WAKTU SYURUK + 1/3 (SYURUK - SUBUH)

Contohnya : waktu syuruk di Tapah ialah 6.59 + 1/3 (syuruk 6.59-subuh 5.45 )
= 6.59+1/3(6.59-5.45)
= 6.59+1/3(74)
=6.59+24
=7.23 pagi

Tidak semua tempat mempunyai jarak waktu yang sama. oleh sebab tu, perlunya perkiraan waktu Subuh & waktu Syuruk untuk menentikan waktu Dhuha.

Cara Menunaikan Solat Sunat Dhuha

Pelbagai riwayat yang menyatakan bilangan solat Dhuha. Sekurang-kurang solat Dhuha 2 rakaat dan maksimum solat sunat Dhuha ialah 8 rakaat dan ada juga pendapat mengatakan maksima Solat Sunat Dhuha ialah 12 rakaat. Bago Cik Ken walaupun hanya 2 rakaat yang penting ialah Istiqamah.

Cara-caranya:-
1- Dua rakaat satu salam.
2- Niat
أصلي سنة الضحى ركعتين لله تعالى
"Sahaja aku solat sunat Dhuha kerana Allah taala"
3- Rakaat pertama membaca surah Asy-Syams
4- Rakaat kedua membaca surah Ad-Dhuha
5-sujud terakhir boleh baca "Ya Wahhab" 41 kali.

DOA Solat Sunat Dhuha

Apa lagi, mulai hari ni kita Solat Sunat Dhuha. Mulakan dengan 2 rakaat dan istiqamah. Yakinlah Allah yang membmeri rezeki dan Solat Sunat Dhuha ini sebagai perantaraan antara kita dan Allah. Semoga segala usaha kita untuk mencari rezeki yang halal akan diberkati oleh Allah s.w.t.
